These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SubSense PRO mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must be at least the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
2. Service Description
SubSense PRO provides subscription tracking, renewal reminders, trial monitoring, spend analysis, optional email-based signal detection, and AI-assisted recommendations. Features and availability may vary by platform, region, and subscription tier.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service.
- Bypass security controls or access data that is not yours.
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or malicious content.
- Use automated scraping/bot methods that overload or harm the Service.
- Infringe third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
4. Connected Accounts and Permissions
Some features allow optional connection to third-party accounts (for example Gmail/Outlook integrations) and optional statement uploads for analysis. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to connect and process such data. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
5. AI Features and Informational Use
The Service may use AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs (for example transaction matching, trial extraction, and alternatives discovery). AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.
- Use AI outputs as decision support only.
- SubSense PRO does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advisory services.
- You are responsible for independently verifying important decisions.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials
- Paid features may be offered via in-app purchases and managed by your platform store billing rules.
- Auto-renewal, cancellation timing, refunds, and payment disputes are typically governed by the app store terms.
- You are responsible for managing your subscriptions and cancellations through the relevant store account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to SubSense PRO and protected by applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal lawful use, subject to these Terms.
8. User Content
You retain rights to content you submit (such as subscription data, notes, and uploaded statements), but grant us a limited right to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services, APIs, and providers. We are not responsible for third-party products or services and do not control their terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their applicable terms and policies.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including feature changes, pricing updates, and maintenance windows.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or abuse the Service.
12. Account Deletion and Effect of Termination
You may request account deletion by contacting support@subsense.online from your registered account email, through in-app account/support options where available, or via our dedicated deletion page: https://www.subsense.online/account-deletion. Account deletion may remove access to subscription records, reminders, reports, and related data tied to your account.
Certain information may be retained after deletion where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, security, chargeback handling, or dispute resolution.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubSense PRO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubSense PRO and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SubSense PRO from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your place of residence.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@subsense.online and attempt good-faith resolution.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
