- Purchase and entitlement data: subscription status and product identifiers from billing providers and app stores.
- Calendar integration: with your explicit permission, we may create events in your local calendar for subscription reminders. We do not read, collect, or store your personal calendar events.
- Support communications: information you send us via support channels.

SubSense PRO includes security controls such as biometric app lock and encrypted local storage mechanisms.

7. Smart Import and User-Provided Content
Smart Import does not connect to or continuously monitor your email accounts. It processes only text, screenshots,
shared content, or documents that you deliberately submit to prepare draft tracking details. You review and edit the
result before deciding whether to save it. Selected content may be processed by configured cloud and AI providers
solely to perform the extraction you requested and is not used for advertising.
8. Notifications
SubSense PRO may send local or push reminders (for renewals/trials) based on your settings. You can disable
notifications in app settings or your device settings.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy,
including to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods depend on data type, legal requirements, and your account status.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ.
Where required, we implement safeguards for cross-border transfers.
